Is learning only Data Analytics and Data Science techstack a stupid decision for an Indian second year BTech student?

If I am proficient in Python, R, SQL, Postgresql, Numpy,Pandas, Matplotlib, PowerBI, Seaborn, Azure, Hadoop - and have 4 good projects, 1 on data analysis and 2 on machine learning - with an ongoing research paper with my faculty, does it still mean I won't bag a job that's more than 12lpa+ ?
