Am i fairly paid from organization as I'm recently joined.

YOE : 4.5 , Org : EY gds, Location: Kochi, Mode: Hybrid, Tech : Consulting Salesforce Fixed : 10 LPA

Exactly .. Previous org i was underpaid. Now I got this hike . So hike wise it's fair.
