Is narcissism and hallucinations a common trait among startup founders in India?

Startup founders who are trying to turn influencers are always trying to paint themselves as champions and superbeings while the real truth about being a Founder is that one always feels vulnerable. Is this behaviour by startup founders leading to TOXIC POSITIVITY?

Doctors, soldiers, teachers, professors, bureaucrats rarely write that they are on a 'mission' on their professional profiles. Mostly B.tech and MBA folks write that. All this trying to paint themselves as champions is to all to fulfil that hollowness in the work.

The last desi startup I worked for "haan, sab startups yehi karte hai, sab interns se kaam karwa lenge"
This is what irks me the most. Many founders just assume that all they have to do once they start a startup is to raise capital and hire people, then the magic follows.
Sequoia's billions, magazine cover features, IPOs.

There's a specific reason why most (90% ?) of the startups fail apart from economical reasons. 🤌🏻

Hint : mindset of the founder and the culture they incorporate in their workplace.

Fellow founder here, not all of us are like that :) I barely have time to use social media. The only things I do share are the latest updates by the services and products we use or something totally off topic because I'm not just a CEO, I'm also me 😔
