Is NAVI employees/company heartless?

I'm currently facing a tough situation. I'm jobless and struggling to pay my EMIs. NAVI is the only app that is constantly threatening and pressuring me to pay as soon as possible. I'm already 12 days late in clearing my dues. Despite explaining that I'm dealing with health problems and unemployment, and promising to pay by next week, they are not understanding my situation. I'm feeling overwhelmed and unsure of what to do, t his mental harrasment is taking me to suicidal thoughts! Has anyone else experienced something similar? How did you handle it? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
