Is Pune the best place for work-life balance?

Pune is nice, ngl. Stress is low, weather’s decent, rent is manageable... But idk if it’s the best for long-term career growth.

Sure, people here actually have a life outside of work, which is great, but is it enough? I feel like in some other cities, career moves faster.

So yeah, work-life balance is better here!! But what about the hustle? Anyone feel the same?
