Is it better to switch from Capgemini to Cognizant after working for around 2.8 years in CG and getting much less increment ( almost no increment)? How much % hike can I expect in Cognizant?

Nooooo wayy!!! You would be downscaling based on the current market situation. CTS has lost lots of clients in recent days, they would hire people and lay off in a while at contract closure with the client. Instead, target Big4 and get into consulting if you are already into Tech.

Stay in TCS or switch to Cognizant?
