Rigi design team culture??
How's the culture at the Rigi design team, heard guys work on weekends and a lot of micromanagement is it true... Someone from Rigi??
Hi! Does anyone here knows anything about the work environment/culture at rigi? I was previously working at an early stage startup and the environment there was extremely toxic. I don't want to go through the same thing. So if anyone who has/is working at rigi or knows someone who works there, can help me with this information it'd be really nice.
I applied for a frontend developer role there and got an offer. Declining it as I’ve heard not good things about the culture. My roommate gave me a referral and is planning to quit soon. The tech team is substandard and has no professionalism. People often work late to be amongst good books of senior management. Deadlines are unrealistic and work load is massively exhaustive. You’ll find yourself going to office in the morning and be back home by 8 in blr traffic and you might still have to break your head on goddamn jira ticket. Reportedly, they have only few months of runaway left and guess what? They have also not credited August salaries yet. This review is based on their tech team. Not sure how other vertical runs. Avoid it if you’re joining as a dev.
Are you sure about they runway part...they raised 100 Crore this year right? Unlikely they would have burnt more than 15-20% of this so far.
Not sure how well monetization is going for them though.
Yep that's what I was thinking....they raised 100cr in January this year, so money wise I think they might be in a good position for now. 🤔
Is the work good. Would it be beneficial for my growth as a developer. I heard the tech stack is nodejs
Work culture at rigi is pathetic. If you wanna work on Saturday Sunday, Join this company. Founders expect you to work on weekends. CTO and senior most tech lead left the Compnay. Tech is running by bunch of wanna be CTO kids. CEO threatens tech team on slack channel on a regular basis.

Have heard very negative feedback from ex employees in my circle. They just seem to be hiring and firing frequently.
Considering an offer from Razorpay, how's the cculture andwork life balance there ?
