Is there any hope for an empathetic work environment in Indian companies?

Having worked at 3 startups, the experience has been nothing but borderline toxic. There’s this labor mindset that the management has towards the employees. Even the educated/high pedigree managers are part of the matrix - something I was naive enough to not expect.

Is there a hope? Immigration the only option?

Make friends in the right places if you can. Also try to come with leverage and power. Then any startup is a good startup.
