Is this a fair offer for a Marketing IC2 role at B2B Saas MNC?

My current CTC is 12.8 LPA, and they’re offering 14.5 LPA as their final, non-negotiable offer.

I have over 6 years of experience, and I feel this offer is on the lower side.

Honestly feels like its on the lower side. Considering they may not even give you a raise early next year because you will be a 'new employee'

Should switch jobs only if the raise offered is 20% or more IMO
