Is turing a good company to work for?

My friend has an offer from turing..... Pay is good, it is also completely remote but no other benefits like insurances, pf or paid leaves. He's not sure how good the company is with respect to wlb and job security as well..... Can anyone here help. Any information at all would be highly appreciated.
