WFO/RTO in Infosys?
What's the current wfo/rto policy in Infosys? Is it strict like TCS? Are they giving any exception?
I received an offer from TCS, I'm considering joining them but my only concern is that in TCS WFO is mandatory and weekly 5 days we have to go to office. Is this 100% mandatory or not, also what would happen if we go only 3 days to office a week??
First advice avoid joining TCS in First place.. only join if this is the last option on planet earth
I agree with this
I am waiting for offer letter from Capgemini I don't know why they're halting it. Tcs offering me better salary than what I'm currently receiving at Infosys so that's why decided to join TCS. If I get the Capgemini offer then I would simply join them as they have hybrid working model compare to TCS
No hikes at all 5 days 9 hrs wfo You miss wfo even one day - your variable allowance suffers. No regard to your mental well-being. No one listens to your concerns even when you agree to fulfill all their damned criteria from your nearest office location. No regard for for choice of project or career aspirations. No promotions. Uncles imposing all the idiotic and irrelevant rules. But please, do come to TCS coz we are building with belief
They mentioned this in my offer letter. What does this mean? Will they reduce my salary post joining
Yes mandatory.
