Its really sad to see that taxpayers are the most neglected minority

And one thing I don't understand there are many shops , and small businesses which are earning a lot of money but still paying 0 tax and don't even file ITR.

Because governments work for groups with street veto which obviously normal genuine good citizens do not have here. Indian taxes are at par with European countries but facilities are sub Saharan level. Sigh.
