Job Role Change in Genpact India from non IT(Banking) to IT(Data scientist/ Data Analyst/ Artifical Intelligence/ML etc )

Its 5 months in my current process till now handing UT for a bank.

My education background and interest is tech and specifically data side.

I have been also studing from Cource Era etc related AIML, Python etc

i was thinking about to start applying for AI Jobs but i really cherish my experience and work culture in Genpact so really desire to rather shift role in same company

Can anyone guide how to shift to Data scientist/ Data Analyst/ Artifical Intelligence/ML etc in Genpact as quick as possible ?

how to get interview opportunity?

Currently working in Genpact India Gurgaon Badshahpur location

And ready for any location change even outside India

I can even provide AI automation solutions for my current process in which i am working.

I have also automated various daily tasks for my manager.
