Job search advice in the current market
Hey everyone, I’ve been job hunting for two months but have only received two callbacks so far. I’m curious to know what’s been working for others.
I get a sense that LinkedIn applications aren’t getting noticed, and cold reachouts to HRs haven’t been helping either (like they used to). Any advice on what other strategy I should try? I’d appreciate any and all tips. Thanks!

Identify the organizations you want to work with and reach out to the founders / leaders via LinkedIn. If you see a common connection, request for introductions. Spread the word within your network and seek references for opportunities within their respective organizations. Most importantly also enjoy the time off.
