Job Switch advice

I am currently working at KGS but want to switch to another Big4. My role is Research plus Account Management. Needless to say it's a backend role

I want to work in Risk Consulting. This is my first job.

How much hike should I expect? Both within Big4 and outside? I am at an Associate Consultant level with 22 months experience.
