Joining process and overall work culture in Wipro

Hi,

I got a call from Wipro for an experienced SAP profile.

If I manage to get a 1 month notice (which is currently 3 months) from my present company, can anyone please suggest the joining process and the time it takes from clearing and selected in the interview.

Also, how is the work culture in Wipro?
