Working in Kotak as Sde 2 with a salary of 55 with 50 as base and 5 as variable and also hike is around the corner.

If WLB is good in kotak, stick to kotak. Show your amazon offer and try to get better hike in same firm.
On the other hand, my close friends at amazon (sde2) have shitty WLB. And depending on the project team lead and manager, they could ask you to come to office everyday.

I see, if you wanna give a shot, then go - get into amazon for around 2years and try to switch and get into Meta, Apple or Google. These firms will easily take you from Amazon, but might hesitate to shortlist resume if you work in kotak.
My friend at amazon is being called from JioHotstar with amazing hike (idk the numbers).
I suggest, you can take amazon offer into consideration for sometime. And then get into other big firm soon.

If you want a future to grow, a TC more than 2 cr with ample opportunities then join Amazon. Do remember there is nothing like WLB + late night calls + on call as well.

Good brands on resume matters and unlocks doors. Life will be hectic in Amazon, but still worth it.
Try for Google etc. too.

Long term , good brands matter. When you apply for other companies, having a good brand on your resume gives you better calls.
Again, if you work at Amazon, easier to switch to Google from there compared to from Kotak. That’s how I see it
If WLB is good; then do not change for minor hike. The anxiety won’t the worth it.
