KPIT 1 year exp salary?

I am getting an offer from KPIT pune for the Data Science domain, 1 year exp.

Current CTC: 6 lpa. (3 in hand + 3 profit sharing)

What salary can i expect/negotiate for the new role?

Also, is it worth joining KPIT? Currently working at a very early stage (0 to 1) EdTech product startup. I have full ownership of the product and its outcomes/performance in market.

Very confused currently

Atleast 10 - 12 LPA(probably deserve more but company will give hike based on current compensation)

I was thinking 8 to 10! Thanks, now my lower bottom is 10! Also what about kpit as an organisation, is it worth going to KPIT?
