KPO IB to BB/Domestic IB - How to make the switch?

Same as title. Currently working as a Client facing IB analyst at a KPO. Any advice on how I can make a switch to Indian/BB IBs in their FO without needing a Tier 1 MBA? CFA L2 passed & Tier 1.5 UG if that helps.
