Lloyd tech center vs Optum?

Hey folks,

I am a full stack java developer from Delhi. I have 2 offers,

1 from Lloyd Technology Center, Hyderabad (23 fixed+2+2) 45% hike Free lunch + Cab (Team I am getting hured into will work on RnD kind of stuff, basically newer technologies, short projects)

Another from Optum Gurgaon (17+5.4+0.6) 30% hike Free Cab (Team I am getting hired into, will work on creating a full stack app from frontend to backend, RestTemplated API and deployment)

If I move to Hyderabad then I will have to pay for rent, food, electricity etc.

If I choose Gurgaon job then i can commute from my home on daily basis.

Which one to join, and why?

Both are on hybrid work model.

Do any of them provide a scope for moving abroad through Internal job movement?
