My work experience of twenty two years has seen me work in different sectors including telecom, IT, banking and collections where I have mainly assumed the roles of People Manager, Lead and Delivery Operations Manager. Being able to manage delivery operations effectively, my exposure has allowed me to develop an all-rounded approach towards business.I am now looking for a new challenge in Pune with good remuneration. Hi @TubbyMajor - One thing i would suggest is irrespective of years across domains and tech stack, in today's world, it is always better to mention which tech stack you are closely related to. Like digital transformation, cloud migration, mobile app, sap products , etc. Highlighting your specific skillset will make the job search process much easier.
More specific to Scrum Master roles or Delivery Operations roles.
20 years in TCS! If yes, you struggle a lot. TCS learning scale is very low in comparison to top product orgs. Better find specialist roles and brush up interviewing skills
