Looking for Senior Design Position

Hi, i have about 3 years of experience as a Senior Experience Designer. I want to change my job as my salary growth is very low, work hours are too bad. With my experience i know i can get into a good position and earn more. I am trying for past 6 months but not getting any responses. Please Help!!!
