Manager wants a different person instead of me

I have been working in a team since 2.5 years and then during my year end review meeting, I had a disagreement with my manager. Now she wants to have someone else who she likes in the team to replace me and offered me a non technical role giving me excuse of my performance where my lead category is progressing. I am unsure how to tackle this situation
