Glassdoor salaries are pretty accurate for McK, Bain & BCG since they are within a range for Junior Associates or Consultants.

However, as and when you get beyond Eng. Manager there is a good bonus involved which is variable and hence salaries would get pretty varied.

I heard Associates get 50 lpa base and upto 30% bonus. Total CTC of engagement managers is 85 lakh-1 crore depending on bonus. Partners can make anything above 1cr depending on how well they do.
