Microsoft or Oracle? Which is better?
I'm considering interviewing with Microsoft, but I'm not sure if it's the right move. I'd love to hear some pros and cons from people who know about both companies.
My current salary at Oracle is pretty low ( only 22CTC), so that's something to take into account.

The pros of working with Microsoft is that you would be working for a well-known and established company. Better than oracle, which will open up better doors in future.
You would also have the opportunity to work with some of the latest technologies.
