What are the career move options for someone with 15+yrs experience on IBM Integration technologies like MQ and IIB/ACE. These technologies are mostly legacy right now and even their new flavors are not attracting many new customers?
What should my approach be? I have 3 years of exp. 2 in Indian and 1 in India based MNC.
