Need your genuine suggestion. I am always stuck with my English communication speaking skills.Cannt able to convey my thoughts in english.Always speak less in meetings due to improper sentence structure . My Mother tongue is our hindi .I have been trying to improve my English for the last 2 years but nothing is working.Need real wala suggestion though which u guys are fluent in English both in speaking and writing

Watch english news(except indian circus) Listen to english commentary (likes of Ian Bishop, Harsh Bhogle) , podcasts. Start thinking in english, start self talk in english. Observe people around you, The words the choose, tone they speak, etc. Once you are comfortable with self talk, then you are good to go.

Get a friend with similar goal and have a phone call for 10 mins in english, first you will struggle but then it works
