I have taken HCM workday cirtification in Jan 24 and for that signed bond with my organisation. While signing the bond they clearly mentioned that there will not be any further bond for any module cirtification.. but now in nov 24 they came back again saying take up the module cirtification with further bond 2 year and amount will be 7 lac(including HCM cirtification amount) and your old bond will be null and void and we will consider new bond only... And if you do not take up the cirtification we will terminate you.. and you have to pay HCM bond amt of 4.5 lac before leaving organisation... They have given time till January post that they will ask me to sign bond forcefully or ask me to resign pay bond amount and leave...
