Need some advice !

So i joined this mature startup 10 months back, and my role as per JD was team leader. Till date I am doing the IC role and doing all day sales calls. I have highlighted the same to my manager and skip level, but always getting answer like it is new product, market situation is no good, we believe in lean structure etc.

I am tired of doing same shit everyday. What’s your suggestion?
