Current working in project management role (24 LPA) in product company, post my MBA since 6 months. I want to transition to Product manager roles.
Prior to MBA (IIM Lucknow) I worked in IT services company such as Capgemini and Genpact for around 5 years. Recently I got CSPO certification as well.

Switching internally is the fastest & most convenient way to break into product. If possible, talk to your boss and the pm team lead. If that’s not an option then its the usual grind for you.
