Need suggestions

Hi everyone,

Current im struck in my current role for 2+ years as a system analyst and getting no leads for a new role. Have applied to multiple positions and even tried with referrals but still nothing. the problem is i don’t know who to approach this like i need a roadmap or some guidance in order to transition into a new role. I’m looking for a career in Security Engineering and don’t know where to look for a mentor or how to prepare.
