No Parking Space in Office!!

A friend of mine recently joined this new age startup in Gurgaon Sec-44 and to his surprise, he found out on the very first day that this office has only 4 parking spots, which are all reserved for senior members. He works at mid senior level and still, there isn't any parking spot for him. He has to find a roadside unsafe spot everyday before entering into office. How stupid is that?

I mean I understand that young startups face multiple issues due to lack of funding. But not even providing a basic necessity like Parking?

Why even hire people with 4 wheelers in the very first place?
