I've been actively seeking job opportunities for the past six months, but I'm only receiving a few calls—just three in total over this period. Every day, I log into Naukri and LinkedIn, applying to positions that align with my skills and experience. However, I'm not getting shortlisted or hearing back from HR as often as I'd hoped. I've heard others mention they get 3-4 calls daily, so I'm wondering what I could be doing differently.
