Not getting recognition

It's been 8 years working ,, and I had worked here with full honesty,, and had delivered good business numbers too ,, but after I got married and had kids ,, and when I joined after my maternity leave,, my seniors stopped even valuing my efforts and time I gave to this organisation,, people who used to be my subordinates and juniors are getting growth and I am stucked to where I was .. what shall I do ??
