Hello I have offers from both these companies. Both are providing same package. How to choose which company to Join. Which company is better in culture and long run stability?

Long work hours, hard to get leaves, uneven distribution of work.

Take this with a grain of salt, but I also heard first hand that ass kissing is required to move ahead. The people who show up for drinks and parties are favoured more, stuff like that
