Still a long way to go. It is mostly attracting users with its lesser pricing compared to the platforms.
But have faced poor services in delivery. Had to wait for 1.5hrs on a couple of occasions to get an order delivered that has an avg delivery time of 25 mins. Once from Paytm and once from Phonepe.
Will use it carefully with only those restaurants that manage their own delivery for now.
