Hearing no hikes in Oracle for this appraisal cycle. Are everyone else facing the same?
How much hike are you all getting?
This year hikes are happening. Have seen a bunch of posts on Blind as well.

Yes, last year they had company wide freeze. Bonuses were given. This year, mostly hikes are happening afaik.

With the ongoing appraisal season what kind of hikes are you guys are anticipating / getting?
It's like going back to COVID days. We got email that due to current situation there will not be any increment this year. What about your company? How is the situation?
Can anyone tell approx. Salary structure at Oracle? Also how are yearly hikes or bonuses?
Shall i hold the rsu or sell them? I have personal loan of same amount as of distributed rsu. Someone please guide me.
My joining date in infosys is on September 26, 2024. Will I be a part of the 2025 appraisal cycle or do I need to wait till 2026 for my next hike?
