Have you joined . Share your experience. I got an offer at oracle for its Bangalore location. And in dilemma whether to join or not. I'm currently at Cisco and the work culture is really good in here

Hi, i got an offer. But it was quite shit. ~10% increment with no relocation bonus.

It was non OCI org which means there are no yearly increments

Judging from level of interview questions asked, i felt the team is even worse than Cisco

So saw more cons than pros in joining. Decided not to join

I got around 40% hike(18 to 25LPA) . Again it was for non oci org(pharma domain ). I'm from qa backgroundand work. Seems more or less similar. I have already dropped my resignation. I only looked outside as there were layoffs in my current team this year. After discussion with my TL & manager I am thinking of staying back as they were mentioning the team is already lean and roadmap is quite strong. Not sure what to decide here

Oracle financial or OCI? Yoe? OCI CULTURE - No hikes this year even for 4 star rating folks. Stocks shooting like hell💰. Wlb not less than 8 hrs. Remote work extended for some more time. Stay away if you prefer good wlb and yearly appraisals.

I see u r in cisco. Better study harder and get another offer.. reasons people used to join oracle no longer exists

  1. Wlb
  2. No micromanagement
  3. No hierarchy
  4. Job security
