PAN Details for New Job
Recently I got the call from one firm asking for pan details so that they can share the job I’d, I get it that they want to check my form 16 CTC etc but I want to ask would it create any impact on my current job? And if I’m sharing the pan details, just with this number what all info she can get about me.?

No. That's not possible to look your info about form 16...since pan is connected with IT department...which is opened through password or through your otp. You're safe unless and until you share the credentials!
