Payment Gateways Embargo!

We were at rapid growth during pandemic, atleast E-commerce and now with the current payment gateway embargo - isn't this a concern for India growth itself. Is RBI getting any heat on account of this? This is going to reach its peak concern in another 2 to 3 months
