If ur renting then balewadi... Has high street and many gr8 restaurants... If ur buying then baner... Will become what balewadi is in 5 years. Though only on pune side of highway.... The Hinjewadi side feels like another city
Baner! If given a choice, millenials go for Koregaon Park for the vibe. In terms of locality, roads (infrastructure) - nothing beats PCMC
