PWC Onboarding location issue
Hi guys,
I received an offer from PWC for Bangalore as a base location, but I discussed with HR for working from Hyderabad where I'm interested.
I got approval from HR to work from any PWC office & have to travel to Bangalore based on business need (ideally once in a month), my worry is if I would be joining from Hyderabad after a couple of months any chance of calling permanently to Bangalore.
Anyone working in PWC can help with this situation, if it is really ok to work from non base location for a long time, will management allow it ???? Did anyone faced this .....

This is the situation with 50% people here. Offer letter location doesn't matter much and many work remotely. You never need to travel to base location (not even once a month) and I don't think they can afford to loose so many employees to attrition if they call everyone to base location (they do not even have that much capacity now I believe as they are planning to expand)
Also in future even if they ask to come to office which might not happen you can ask for HYD location where they already have fully operational office.
Working fron last 5 months.Never visited office till now. Not even visited to collect ID card.
