Hi recently received an offer from pwc sdc from banglore location. I am currently living in gurgaon. I have another job which is remote and they aee paying less than pwc. The clients are not large and there are just few people working from india.
Considering the long term, should i accept the offer from pwc?
I am a pwc employee working from home and my location is also Bangalore in the offer letter.

Remote any day the higher pay in bangalore comes with higher living costs it's an expensive city

Which one to go for if there is hardly any difference in salary and Why? Also, what is the Variable payout cycle for both?
