Left a company in on 3rd day but now hr is asking to initiate resignation from portal as well. Would that lead to any FnF creation? No laptop or work was assigned yet but really confused if they do an FnF salary might be credited and I will have no choice but to mention to other employer

What do u mean by fnf creation? And what is your concern regarding it? Fnf is a basic thing when someone resigns. Also even If you joined you for 1 day, you still become their employee, though you might be on probation period. But the real way to resign is to do it from their exit portal. Emails doesn't count in most companies.
