Tiruvallur, sriperumbudur, chengalpattu, Kanchipuram, thiruninravoor - they will appreciate in next 10years but you have to visit regularly.
Medavakkam, madambakkam, mannivakkam, perumbakkam, vandaloor to guduvancherry are in development phase already.
So buying a plot or land makes sense or buying an apartment ?
I actually remember 2 years back I went to a site for purchasing a land near ECR which was around 15 lakhs for 4800 sqft and now that value has increased to 25% But I didn't listen and ignored from buying
