Hi folks, I have been trying for a switch since last 3 months.I have an MBA from ISB, past entrepreneurial experience in Fintech space and current role as product owner.

Even I am not able to understand the reason :/ there has only been one option where CTC was an issue. They weren't ready to even match my current one.

But regarding the rest, I haven't got any good calls only.
