Relocating for Work - Is It Normal for Companies to Offer Minimal Support?

I recently relocated from Gurgaon to Bangalore for my job, possibly for the next two years. This move has been incredibly overwhelming since it's my first time changing cities for work in my 8-year career. What added to my stress was the minimal relocation support from my company. I was given just 70k allowance to cover travel, household goods transport, and vehicle shifting. I'm curious to hear from the Reddit community: Is this level of support typical across companies? How much did your company offer for relocation? Did they help you find reliable packers and movers? Which company did you work for, and how was their relocation policy?

PS: I'm not naming my company since I just joined, but feel free to share your experiences. If you're comfortable, nameshame companies with poor policies-or give a shoutout to those that truly support their employees during a move.
