Hey kind people of Grapevine, sincerely wanted your help in understanding the working culture of Revolut and how the WLB and pay is? I do see some good folks working over there but not sure of the direction since they haven't launched any products yet.
Very bad company. They just hire and fire. Unexpected goal setting so that they can fire you before probation.
Pay is not that good ( avg pay as per market standards)
