Please tell me about the complexity of the aptitude test and the TL interview round.
Well revolut India leaders really don't have the clarity as of now. Maybe they are mixing up the job roles/responsibilities or they're simply not confident in their hiring process .
Internal work culture is also not that great. Unrealistic goals/demands
Plus point is you may land a full wfh job.
Do understand more about the market you'll be working in and give it a deep thought before joining Revolut.
Revolut really has no business in India and it'll be tough for them to crack much in India given the already intense competition.
No less than 30 base. They hire freshers for jr. Ops manager role for 22ish base
Are you interviewing for Indian team or global team?
