Rough start to APM role. Any tips?
I graduated back in 2023 with a degree in Economics. Moved to Gurgaon and started working as a Project Coordinator but it felt like I was just, showing face on job sites for 15 minutes max. Most days, I was either following email chains or pushing brooms, trying to understand what’s going on.
Then, got a break in July this year as an APM at another company. Thought it would be better, but now I feel like I’m drowning, bro. Every day it’s a new challenge, and I worry if I’m doing enough or just adding to the chaos. Sometimes I ask questions that feel dumb later on, and it feels like there’s a long way to go before I become a PM.
I am going to cry. What do I do?
